Trainee Claims Handler

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow or Leeds. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days per week in the office.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to develop their skills, and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.

We will rely on you to:

Assist in investigating and processing insurance claimsCommunicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholdersLearn to assess claims validity and contribute to timely settlementsMaintain accurate records and documentationSupport the team with exceptional customer service and assistance
