We are making every move count At Kalmar, we are seeking anHR Traineeresponsible for delivering HR administration services in line with managers' needs and expectations. This position can be part-time or full-time, with options for 4, 6, or 8 hours of work per day. Main tasks and responsibilities + Execute HR processes to deliver HR data administration services consistently and efficiently. + Maintain good working relationships with other process teams. + Recognize unusual events or recurring problems and collaborate with the respective mentor in the team. + Ensure internal stakeholders are satisfied and uphold a positive brand image for Kalmar Bulgaria. + Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate in company systems. + Contribute to the development of the HR area in close cooperation with the project team. + Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to areas of accountability. What you’ll need to succeed + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in the final years of studies. + Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. + Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English required. + Team player. + Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to check one’s own work.
