Our Associate Client Advisor Program is backed up by our training provider, BPP who will provide expert insurance training and support alongside an apprenticeship qualification which includes the Cert CII certification and a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification.
The role: Associate Client Advisor / Trainee Insurance Advisor
We will count on you to:
Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standardsSpeak with clients on a day-to-day basis via telephony and email platformsUtilise insurance broking systems on a daily basisManage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and provide suitable products and solutions to mitigate their riskEnsure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all timesDemonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business critical tasksDevelop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clientsThrough training, coaching and mentoring have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developmentsWhat you need to have:
Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etcExcellent customer service skillsRight to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)Good attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritise responsibilitiesAbility to work independentlyWhat makes you stand out:
