Duties will include but not limited to:     
Assist Workshop Manager with day-to day operations, which will include: Sourcing of Truck, Trailer and yellow machine parts Writing of orders, and linking invoicing to orders together with other admin Service and repair parts inventory monitoring and replenishing Service schedule update and reminders on excel sheets Other service and campaign sheet updating in excel Assist with managing the flow of the workshop Liaise with Workshop Manager on jobs in progress Build relationships with suppliers, and negotiate pricing Liaise with parts suppliers Manage labour hours Further Duties to be discussed in Interview EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Technical knowledge on Trucks, Trailers, Yellow Machines and Cars Diesel Technical Qualification not required but would be an advantage, HOWEVER the applicant should want to study further in this Technical field. Fluent in English Good communication skills Good Computer Skills – specifically Excel with basic formulas, Outlook, etc Attention to detail Ability to work at a VERY Fast pace, and keep track of multiple tasks and requests Must have valid driver’s license Own transport to and from work needed Hours 7am-5pm – be willing to work some Saturdays, and overtime if needed Please take note, there will be a 3-month probation period
