Job DescriptionOur Operations team are responsible for providing around the clock coverage and operational support to all of our employees across the globe to ensure each charter goes off without a hitch.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Providing 24/7 365 coverage and operational support to ACS brokers worldwide, in person from our Surbiton based Head Office. Work closely with onsite rep team and customer experience to mitigate any issues which may arise on day of flightProvide operational information and assisting in in setup of charters for all brokers in all global divisions.Being there every step of the way with live charter flights – providing a full service to our brokers and advising if there are any potential issuesFlight Watching, tracking all aspects of the flight, keeping the brokers informed. Sending Movement messages to brokers (and clients when requested)Building relationships with airline operators, FBOs and Airports worldwideContinuous duty for OCC to update ACS CRM and compliance systems – Updating Airline/Airport/Handling information to allow ACS to have the most updated data.Completing daily reports and communications to be sent out to worldwide teams and management advising brokers of potential risks to upcoming operationsQualificationsWe’re looking for:
A passion for exceeding customer service expectationsPrevious airline/aviation experience is desirableA genuine desire to enhance the customer journey and deliver great resultsFlexible - must be able to work 12 hour shift patterns including night shifts, weekends & bank holidaysFluency in English is essential; a second language is an advantageAmbition, drive and self-motivation A professional communicator both verbally and writtenCan work alone as well as part of a teamConfidence in developing relationships with clients and suppliersExcellent problem solving and able to think outside the box to find solutionsAbility to thrive working under pressureA high sense of urgency A hard-working team playerAdditional InformationWe Offer
