What you can expect: + Get to know Parker’s business, working in Supply Chain. + Work at Manufacturing Plants, in Divisions, and support specialist functions. + Understand the preparation and communication processes involved in generating rolling forecasts and operations planning + Discover how to implement, monitor, and enhance processes that ensure on-time delivery and effective inventory management + Familiarize yourself with the management of goods receipts and learn how to prioritize tasks to avoid capacity constraints + Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put-away, storage, pick & pack to ship while collaborating with Lean teams + Familiarize and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers. + Have the opportunity to manage your own projects aimed at improving Parker’s supply chain performance.
