The High Pressure Connectors Division EMEA is one of the largest businesses in Parker. Besides the classic DIN (Ermeto) and SAE fittings, quick couplings, multi coupler, flanges, valves, tubes, SensoControl measuring devices, tube forming and pre-assembly machines are part of the HPCE product range and are manufactured in several locations.

What you can expect:
+ Get to know Parker’s business, working in Supply Chain.
+ Work at Manufacturing Plants, in Divisions, and support specialist functions.
+ Understand the preparation and communication processes involved in generating rolling forecasts and operations planning
+ Discover how to implement, monitor, and enhance processes that ensure on-time delivery and effective inventory management
+ Familiarize yourself with the management of goods receipts and learn how to prioritize tasks to avoid capacity constraints
+ Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put-away, storage, pick & pack to ship while collaborating with Lean teams
+ Familiarize and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers.
+ Have the opportunity to manage your own projects aimed at improving Parker’s supply chain performance.
Your ideal profile should include:
+ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business administration and ideally one year work - or internship experience - in a Supply Chain or Engineering environment.
+ First hand experience in project management is a plus.
+ Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
+ Process-driven, organized and disciplined.
+ Ability to learn all aspects of a commercial business quickly.
+ Strong analytical thinking as well as problem solving skills and sense of costs awareness.
+ Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills.
+ Good team player with a challenger mentality.
+ Readiness to travel & work in different European countries
+ MS Office (mainly Excel ) and Power BI knowledge is an asset
