Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee for our Talent Acquisition team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This exciting opportunity is part of the Tamheer program, designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. As a Trainee in Talent Acquisition, you will have the chance to learn and grow within a supportive professional environment while contributing to our organization's hiring efforts.

Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview schedulingSupport the coordination of candidate assessments and background checksHelp maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate informationCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptionsParticipate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract potential candidatesAssist in onboarding processes for new hiresContribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategiesPrepare reports and presentations on recruitment metrics and trendsSupport the team in maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic understanding of recruitment processes and best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEnthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
