​The DREN Trainer provides training support activities of the Armament Center DREN Network at Picatinny Arsenal. 

Responsibilities Create a user feedback loop to continuously improve user support services based on real-world usage and feedback Provide technical support to network users, addressing issues related to connectivity, access, and usage Develop and deliver training programs for users, focusing on safe and effective network use Conduct training sessions on network use and best practices Develop user manuals and online resources  Qualifications

Required:

​​Bachelor’s Degree in an IT discipline with 4 years of experience OR: ​Associates Degree in IT with demonstrated 6-8 years of experience in Service Desk support.  ​Experience in the development, delivery and training on network use and best practices ​Proficient in the latest versions of the following: Microsoft Operating Systems; Microsoft Office; Microsoft Teams; .NET; MS SQL Server; MS Active Directory Administration.​  Company Overview
