\n\nPosition: Second (2nd) Shift Trainer\nShift:Tuesday-Saturday / 3pm-11:30pm (Sometimes Mondays are required for overtime)\nPay: $20.35per hour\n\n

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills:

\n\nCreate effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates\nCreate conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level\nProficient in Microsoft word\nEffective initial training and cross training of associates\nOverseeing the Excellence School initiative for OMS\nSupport operations as needed by leadership –; even performing the daily tasks when needed (picking, stacking, etc)\nAble to perform all processes at the site\nForklift operator experience\nFlexible with schedule when training is needed\nAble to manage down time and stay on task\nGood communication and professional skills\nPatience is mandatory and needed at all times\n\n

Role Purpose:

Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities:

Present training to associates and effectively communicate will all AssociatesEvaluate Associate’s RPM on ramp up form and create steps for successAssist with creating work reference guide.Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.)Support operations as needed by leadership Perform additional duties as assigned by management Certify Associates for MHEActively participate in the YOBE processCreate system login for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.)Updating on company goals and procedures.Identify training needsConduct BBS observationsParticipate in Safety Committee

Required Education and Experience:

Related technical experienceMHE experience(sit down forklift and pallet jack)MHE experience(stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip), preferredScrubber, preferredHigh School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
