Position: Trainer

\n

Shift: 3rd | Sunday –; Thursday from 10:00 PM –; 8:30 AM (4x10)

\n

Pay: $19.00

\n

Shift Differential: $1.00

\n

\n

In addition to the general job description below, the idealcandidate will also havethe followingskills:Material Handling Equipment, High Reach (such as Stock-Picker & Turret Stock Picker), Reach Truck, Forklift, Pallet Jack, Safety,MHE (Material Handling Equipment),Classroom Facilitator.

-ACertifiedMHE (Material Handling Equipment)Trainer isstrongly preferred but will train the ideal candidate.

\n

-The ideal candidate willhave experiencesafelyoperatingMaterial Handling Equipment, High Reach (such as Stock-Picker & Turret Stock Picker), Reach Truck, Forklift, Pallet Jack, Safety,MHE (Material Handling Equipment),.

\n

-Excellentverbal and written communication skills and ability to lead and train others.

\n

-Experience within a safety department, committee,and/oradditionalsafety related trainingis highly preferred.

Role Purpose:

Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities:

Present training to associates and effectively communicate will all AssociatesEvaluate Associate’s RPM on ramp up form and create steps for successAssist with creating work reference guide.Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.)Support operations as needed by leadership Perform additional duties as assigned by management Certify Associates for MHEActively participate in the YOBE processCreate system login for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.)Updating on company goals and procedures.Identify training needsConduct BBS observationsParticipate in Safety Committee

Required Education and Experience:

Related technical experienceMHE experience(sit down forklift and pallet jack)MHE experience(stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip), preferredScrubber, preferredHigh School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

WHAT WE SEEK:

\n\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred\nMHE Equipment experience (including Forklifts –; stand-up reach/high reach such as SP & TSP and tow-tractors) preferred\nGroup presentation experience preferred\nMicrosoft Office experience in PowerPoint, Word and Excel required\nAbility to flex schedule to help support training and business needs required\nAbility to demonstrate a can do, right the 1st time and passionate attitude required\n\n
