Trainer and Maintainer Specialist II

ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented **Trainer and Maintainer Specialist** II to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program.
The Trainer and Maintainer Specialist II design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. The Trainer and Maintainer Specialist II reports to the Trainer and Maintainer Specialist III. This position supports Program Management activities, TOR Tasks and SubTasks as indicated in support of ACAS execution as part of the PMO Training capability area, and will support ACAS activities from the assigned work location of Poznan, Poland..
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Develop course curriculum, develop training modules and instructional materials for technical training programs. Coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness.
+ Assess needs to determine training material content. Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials and techniques.
+ They support RST training requirements as required by the ACAS Training and Compliance Manager III.
+ They support the RST's maintenance support capability group as needed. Working closely with the Trainer and Maintainer Specialist III, they coordinate with RST Production Control Supervisors to ensure that training and education is created for all phases of agricultural cleaning and sanitizations.
+ They help design, lead and oversee the ACAS Training and Education program and plan for providing fully trained and experienced technical and lead personnel required for performance, including international language and culture training as required.
+ They help manage certification tracking in accordance with applicable Federal, U.S. Army, host nation and local regulations.
+ They support the tracking and implementation training program for deploying personnel, commensurate with their duties and responsibilities.
+ They manage the tracking of certification training. They track all personnel assigned to vehicle power pack pull and reinstall activities to ensure training is current. Proactively supports the ACAS Safety Plan.
**Required Qualifications** :
+ BA/BS degree (Permitted experience exchange: High School and 6 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree)
+ Three (3) years of position specific relevant experience and be proficient with productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite. A CDL-B and CFD-IC or equivalent qualification is required.
+ Proven maintenance, repair, and technical experience in commercial maintenance or military operations is essential.
+ Candidates must have the ability to meet all government CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) requirements for foreign travel.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Commercial or military experience with heavy-duty trucks, tractors, ground systems, or any diesel or gasoline-powered equipment or vehicles.
+ Experience in providing instruction and training, along with military or civilian formal certificates of training and instruction in a maintenance-related field. Experience in maintenance, repair, and technical aspects within commercial maintenance or military operations and the ability to develop course curriculum when necessary.
+ ISD Certificate: Instructional Technology. Battalion-level Training Program lead and experience in Military Logistics. Experience with Training Program leadership at a business or contract program..
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
+ Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
+ Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
