Volt is immediately hiring a Training Coordinator in Athens, Texas.

\r\n\r\n

As a Training Coordinator you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssist with hourly employee connectivity and help resolve issues with connecting, passwords and PC errors to training sites\r\n\tConnect new hires to Self Service tool and introduce them to the Learning Center\r\n\tSubmit learning rosters for courses tracked by Supervisors\r\n\tPulls data to repot on MLL completion status\r\n\tAssist trainers in temp to hire onboarding by auditing onboarding quality, implementing continuous improvement, conducting 30-day refresher trainings\r\n\tPrepare new-hire packets.\r\n\tConduct orientation brief with newly converted associates.\r\n\tDocument Control- Work directly with trainers, QA Techs and QEs to create/update work instructions, JBS’, SPLs, quality alerts, etc. Including QA processes, new areas of support, and gaps.\r\n\tAssist in processing and entering NCF, LPH, SAFETY, etc. forms.\r\n\tTraining videos/photos- create content for core related training as well as job/task specific training. Seek feedback from associates regarding training quality, training needs, ideas, and suggestions for improvement.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity, temp to hire. It requires you work 100% onsite. Hours are M-F from 8:30am – 5pm.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t2 years of related experience in HR or training\r\n\tBilingual Spanish preferred\r\n\tHigh School Diploma\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $25-27/hr
