Job DescriptionOceanaGold are seeking a suitably qualified and reliable Trainer - Mining/Operations to design and deliver training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills and competencies of learners. Maintain training records and other related documents. The role will report to the Senior Trainer Mining/Operations.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Design complex training schedules considering multiple factors such as participants, availability, resource constraints and learning outcomes;Develops and implements comprehensive post-training evaluation process, including quantitative and qualitative analysis methods;Manages the learning environment in a way that enhances learner experience;Uses various learning methodologies that helps achieve learning objectives;Review data and recommend enhancements and/or changes in procedures, processes, and policies;Identifies trends and developments in records management and recommends improvements of current procedures, processes, and policies;Maintains an organized records such as work instructions, audit reports, management reviews and other documents/ records relevant to Quality Management, for easy retrieval;Develops training materials, presentations, and resources to support training programs, incorporating adult learning principles and interactive techniques;Conducts training sessions, workshops, and webinars, utilizing various delivery methods, such as classroom training, e-learning, and blended learning approaches; andCollaborates with subject matter experts, internal trainers, and external training providers to design and deliver specialized training programs.QualificationsBehaviour consistent with OceanaGold Corp.
