Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to play a vital role in the Business Master File Modernization which aims to modernize the IRS's legacy tax processing systems. This position focuses on planning, conducting, and delivering high-quality training primarily centered around Tableau and reporting tools for IRS business end users. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and experience working with both technical teams and end users. Key Responsibilities Plans, develops, and delivers engaging training sessions on Tableau and reporting tools, utilizing various formats including web-based and classroom settings. Works closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design tailored training solutions that meet the needs of diverse business units. Develops high-quality training materials, including user guides, manuals, and presentation slides, ensuring clarity and usability for \end users. Provides ongoing support and resources for IRS business users post-training to enhance their proficiency with Tableau and reporting tools. Assesses the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluations, making necessary adjustments to improve future training sessions. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related field. Proven experience with Tableau and reporting tools, including a strong ability to train others on these platforms. Three (3) years of experience delivering training in a professional setting, particularly for business users in the federal government context. Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective training solutions. Strong analytical abilities to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Clearance: Must have a current IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with IRS business processes and tax forms is strongly preferred.
