This job would be located on site in Falls Church, Virginia (Merrifield). The Training, Testing and Exercising (TT&E) Developer will be **responsible for the build out of an ongoing TT&E** **program.** **Job responsibilities will include** : + Designs, builds, and implements TT&E solutions which use instructional methods that best suit the content and learning needs of participants + Develops TT&E material and assessments utilizing techniques that meet the defined learning objectives + Supports design and implementation of the TT&E program. + Perform analysis of information received from SMEs in order to determine key learning points and content + Collaborates proactively with team members and clients to design and implement the most effective TT&E solutions + Assists with setting strategies for TT&E initiatives + Promotes innovation in the use of e-Learning throughout the program + Acts as a thought leader and subject matter expert focusing on the design of exercises, exercise content and materials, and assessment and evaluation of results. **Required Skills:** + Must be eligible to obtain a sensitive clearance – Position of Public Trust. + Experience with supporting exercise development and technical training + Experience in the creation and development of TT&E exercises and materials + Ability to translate learning objectives into exercises that flow well and deliver the necessary information with interest + Meticulous attention to detail + Top notch editing and organizational skills + Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and positively adapt to change. + Ability to work proactively in a team environment, aiding co-workers as needed + Experience in the role responsibilities identified above + 8+ years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree are required **Desired Skills:** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Required Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. **Other:** Relocation is not offered.
