Training Administrator/Coordinator III
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tactical tasks to support our training activities, including providing support for web-based learning systems, information technology (IT) resources, and coordinating various training programs. This position requires handling complex duties such as technical support, critical administrative tasks, coordination of logistics, and maintaining key information across various systems. You will also be responsible for managing proprietary or confidential information and delivering fundamental training related to Learning Management System (LMS) administration. Requirements Responsibilities: + Support training activities by assisting with web-based learning systems, IT resources, and coordinating training programs. + Assist training staff by providing support materials, documenting processes, managing administrative tasks, and addressing specialized training issues. + Aid in the development and delivery of training to channel partners, company personnel, and customers. + Collaborate with training staff, channel partners, and customers to resolve issues and coordinate training-related activities. + Provide Tier 2 support via telephone for customer and channel partner inquiries, resolving issues with channel partners, customers, and field personnel. + Make decisions and provide recommendations to Learning Services Providers. + Utilize tools and processes to assist instructors and managers in processing communications, training materials, and reports. + Monitor transaction activity on the Learning Management System, reconciling revenues and expenses, and executing appropriate charge-back methods. + Support marketing efforts by analyzing upcoming rosters and providing telemarketing assistance as needed. + Generate reports for supervisors and managers to help inform decision-making.
