Job Description:
Sage U Advisors create a valuable and positive customer experience of Sage University. In addition to supporting customers through email, they schedule classes, enter courses into LMS, provide first-level certification support, and escalate scheduling and payment issues for resolution. Learning coordinators collaborate with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist internal and external customers by answering service and technical support inquiries by email
• Administer student activities via CornerstoneOnDemand, our LMS (e.g. payment issues, student cancellations, student readiness, etc.)
• Upload learning content into LMS
• Maintain and post class schedules in LMS
• Contributes to department processes for the administration of training offerings
• Assists certification and other special training program owners with LMS administration and reporting
Must Have Skills:
• Associate degree or equivalent business experience required
• Proven multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts in a positive manner
• Experience working with administrative systems in a cloud environment
Preferred Skills:
• Minimum of two years in a customer service role
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or related registration and planning software and order entry accounting systems is highly recommended
• Knowledge of workflow of training department or events coordination
