• Conduct customer and partner training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, online learning and labs

• Drive and execute technical engagements and early adoption with selected customers and partners leading to locally relevant wins of new Cloud technologies. This includes early engagement via workshops, labs, and trainings with customers and partners.

• Build long-lasting relationships with technical influencers to further broaden demands in the market.

• Deliver training service which incorporate our strategy, mission and technology with our sales and business development methodologies to internal customers and partners

• Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content be designed and delivered

• Assist in the development of a formalized Train-the-Trainer program to enable local potential trainers
