Job DescriptionBe able to demonstrate job tasks to new hires so that they will understand the physical requirements as well as quality, safety, and using good manufacturing practices.Record new hires's job performance on proficiency sheet.Must be able to understand staffing requirements on lines for different product run and adjust staffing and training, in co-ordination with line supervisor.Conduct plant tours for applicants.Must be able to give new hire orientations.QualificationsBilingual PreferredMust be able to train hourly personnel in processing and packaging departments.
