Training and Competence Development Coordinator

Planning and coordinate a wide range of international and local training activities and competencies for local staff.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team on training execution hours within the program as per the training matrix.
Administrate and coordinate all training program.
Manage the training budget review and implementation of KPIs for management supervision on program performance.
Complete the specific training needs analysis based on market research and competencies for each location.
Development of internal communications and stakeholder engagement strategy to collaborate with HR objectives.
Prepare and provide reports based on the training execution program in a timely manner.
Management of the training cycle company development, since the diagnosis of training needs to the evaluation of training through to the planning and implementation of training at all levels.
Coordinate with suppliers within and outside of the country, for technical and safety courses and its update, preparing the annual budget and all Procurement aspects to formalize the contracts. Make sure that company comply with the array of existing training and in accordance with existing international conventions (OPITO and STCW).
Monitor and prepare appropriate training program (training package, modules).
Preparing regular training reports, as required by the management. Advise on cost effective ways to organize training and qualification.
