This part-time position coordinates Learning & Development initiatives in an effort to provide exceptional service to new and current employees. This role will provide support in leading organizational orientations, coordinating orientation reschedules, and assist with Learning & Development design including videos, documents, and learning resources.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Facilitate company orientations, as needed, based on operational needs.*
Assist with tracking attendance, credit, and recertification in the Learning Management System.*
Assist with processes program cost and charge out in a timely and efficient manner.*
Assist with the creation of Learning & Development videos for organizational divisions.*
Act as point of contact and assist with follow-up for employee “No Show” orientation schedules.*
Utilize instructional design methods to evaluate the effectiveness of Learning & Development programs & initiatives.*
Achieve exceptional results by working within the available technology, budget, and time allotted.
Exemplify a culture of commitment to the organization’s values, standards, and core purpose.
Build effective cross-functional relationships throughout the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess or be in pursuit of an undergraduate degree (Associate’s/Bachelor’s) Candidates enrolled in a graduate program will also be accepted.
Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in Human Resources, Training, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed due to operational need.
