Training and Development Manager

Position Summary:
The Training and Development Manager is Responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance. Responsible for monitoring training program effectiveness, manage training and development program compliance, and remaining updated and implementing current and innovative training strategies.
Essential Job Functions:
Produce training and development materials Research and evaluate current and historical training strategies, helping implement into training and development sessions Assist in curriculum development Organize and manage virtual and in-person training and development sessions Ability to conduct analysis on retention, attrition, and evaluation processes in relation to L&D. Help design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings Collaborate with training department to manage compliance of all ODL programs. Deliver engaging and interactive live, virtual and on-demand training and workshop sessions for employees across the organization. Assist with evaluating and identifying training needs throughout the organization on an on-going basis; assisting with developing training and development solutions. Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on organization-wide training programs in addition to specialized training programs that address the learning and development needs of a department, position and/or functional area. Help managers and leaders develop their staff through career pathing and succession planning. Must embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of WestCare Foundation; and other relevant duties as assigned
