As a Training and Education Instructor Lead, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

Conducts training development for non-attendant staff as it relates to new technology implementation and adoption for supervisors and coordinatorsCoordinates with the training and education team on a weekly and monthly schedule for orientation.Facilitates a weekly and monthly schedule with the training and education team to obtain necessary new hire documentation, complete welcome calls for new hires, and collaborates with TA on any other necessary items for new hires.Analyzes new hire process on an ongoing basis to find new ways to streamline processes and gain efficiencies.Provides ongoing support to other trainers and educators.Leads the trainer and educator team to provide support and training to office and field staff with new technology and applications with assigned timelines.Develop a plan and structure for job shadowing field staff with a focus on new hires and employees with customer complaints. Delivers in-services and materials in a professional and consistent manner for all direct caregivers in accordance with annual training requirements and state, federal, and contractual regulations.Facilitates training program activities including classes, trainings, conferences, seminars, and/or other special training programs.Assists with writing, editing, and development of course materials, educational materials, and training manuals, as appropriate for the program, when requested to do so by the Training and Education Manager, Clinical Administrator, or Regional Vice President.Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?

Associates in Nursing, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.  An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.2+ years in home health or home care industry.Experience in employee education is preferred.Valid Registered Nurse License is preferred.Demonstrated skill with group and individual presentationsDemonstrated ability to deliver educational trainingProficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).Must be able and willing to travel as needed to support business needs.

You will report to the Director of Education or Clinical Administrator (AVP).
