A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a talented Training Assistant Manager to manage the training division which includes field & classroom trainers and brand consultants. They will be designing and developing a comprehensive training and development plan (overall or individualised) that addresses needs and expectations, as well as organizing, planning and implementing retail training strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

How You Will Make An Impact

Work closely with key retailers and local distributor(s) to ensure proper training is given to salespeople, who in turn sell the product to consumers and retailers Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesAssessing training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employee work behaviour and periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect local specificities

Highly Creative, with a strong aptitude for designing engaging PowerPoint presentations & Video ContentSkilled in creating and managing online learning platforms and contentProven ability to manage teams effectively and drive performance through KPI managementExperienced in planning and conducting training sessions and developing comprehensive learning programsDevelopment of product training materialsDevelopment of sales/soft training materialsImparting sales training to Distributor sales staffImparting sales training to Retailer sales staffImparting sales training to External partner's sales staffImparting sales training to Samsung Gulf Electronics’ sales staffFollowing up on mystery shopping results and supporting the service evaluation and improvement neededIdentifying and assessing current and future training needs across the regionDeploying a wide variety of training methodsEmbracing digital content and E-learning techniquesConducting effective induction and orientation sessions

Skills and Qualifications

What You’ll Need

5-7 years of extensive experience in the Mobile/Tech Industry or within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies.Fluent in Arabic is essential.A track record of success within the UAE, profile should be possible to check the reputation with current (or old) HR department.Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player.Good networking with the local industry, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Warm personality with great energy and initiatives, creative, resourceful and meticulous nature.Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills and assertive nature.Good PC skills - Excel, PowerPoint.Highly objective-oriented, catch the company’s objective easily in different situations
