The consultant will also collaborate with the project team lead to create instructor-led training (ILTs) and web-based training (WBTs) on relevant subjects based on the required area of expertise. Actively involved in promoting continuous improvement, optimizing resource utilization, and driving technological adoption, ensuring that training initiatives are consistently aligned with organizational goals and standards. **Additional Info** : + There are **_two openings_** available for this role. + This position is located in Peoria, IL. + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + This position will require up to 25% of working time travel, both domestic and international. **What You Will Do:** Conduct Cat Machine Training: + Deliver hands-on and theoretical training on various Cat machines to dealers and customers + Ensure participants understand the operating principles, maintenance and repair requirements, and best practices for each machine Conduct System & component -Based Training: + Provide in-depth training on Cat machine systems, including electrical, engine, hydraulic, powertrain, brake, and components + Guide participants in system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and optimization.
