Training Consultant (Compliance)

The primary focus of the Training Consultant is to ensure that customers who have invested across the Wolters Kluwer CCH Suite are able to maximise the return on their investment. To provide added value services through this role, significant industry experience will be utilised to challenge and shape customers business practices to their benefit and thus offering a superior standard of customer service. As a training consultant you will also be required to support the development of new training materials which may be for classroom training delivery or digital learning content delivery.
Responsibilities
To successfully deliver interactive hands-on training across the CCH Suite of products specifically on Compliance modules to new and existing customers. Deliver structured engaging classroom training via online platforms such as CloudShare.Maintain and develop training materials both classroom and digital.Conduct training needs analysis for customers to assist with providing appropriate training solutions. Promote new training delivery initiatives, ideas and trends in the training industry. Seek and collate customer feedback and incorporate into training courses.Build solid customer and team relationships. Work with colleagues to improve processes, procedures & implement change where necessary.Provide accurate and timely information to project managers and professional services managers as required.Support the wider business in understanding our products and services as required and deliver internal training where required to support the development of colleagues.Skills & Competencies
A history of training across compliance systems.Preferably +2 years in a training capacity.Preferably knowledge of one or more CCH software applications Self-starter, with the ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new technologies.Ability to quickly absorb detailed product information and explain complicated concepts in a simplified way.Demonstrate professional communication skills, both written and verbalFirst class organisation skills, ability to use time well and deliver work on the agreed time frame.Ability to engage and maintain delegate attention throughout a training course.Experience of creating training content either classroom or digital.Understand customer requirements and adapt style and content to suit. Confidence to handle difficult situations. Likely to have or working towards a formal training qualification.Likely to have or working towards a formal training qualification in online facilitation.Strong team player with values which support a ‘Win as a team’ ethos, with the ability to work on your own initiative.Strong IT skills, with demonstrable evidence of working with various common office systems and remote communications technology.Technical / professional qualifications:
