Kforce has a client that is seeking a Training Content Developer in Farmington, CT. Responsibilities: * Training Content Developer will develop Curriculum Design Document and Training Development Plan (timelines, delivery dates, etc.) * Schedule and conduct SME interviews for content creation * Work with SMEs on the review/revision process; Coordinate and drive the process * Create training content: drafts, revisions, and final output files - Revisions should include up to Train to Trainer files * Coordinate with Change Lead to create weekly/bi-weekly progress report * Publish final training curriculum file output and completed documentation- specific format TBD (to include LMS/Workday Learning) * As a Training Content Developer, you will support Train the Trainer activities as needed * Develop and facilitate Change management discovery workshops * Change management strategy Creation * Stakeholder Analysis/Assessments * Roll out planning - partner with Program Leadership and participate in the development of the detailed project plan for roll out, based on the strategy previously approved * Work with Salesforce Training Lead to manage the training & ongoing adoption closely * Partner with Global Change Management Team/Project Team/Communications Team on communication strategy and delivery throughout the project
