Training Coordinator | HIRING IMMEDIATELY |Columbus, OH

                                               Available Shift:

                                             8:00am-4:00pm

                                                  Mon-Friday 

 

Compensation:

Starting pay starts at $17.50 Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increasesEligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*

Responsibilities

Document Coordinator Responsibilities:

As the keeper of all documents that are required to be controlled, the TDC will be responsible for the following basic document control functions. In this role it is critical that all records are complete, up-to-date and readily available for any and all audit (internal and external).

New hire training recordsAnnual retraining/certificationSpecific skills training/certificationTraining records/logs maintenanceNotification of training and recertifications that are dueControlled documentation records and historyOrganization of the electronic structure and storage of controlled documentsAssignment of new SOP, SWIS and other procedure control numbersWriting of new SOP, SWIS and other procedures with direction from specific department leadershipTranslation of documents as requiredEnsuring that documents are organized and readily available for retrieval for audits such as PEPS, BRC and SMETAWill assist in document and record retrieval during required audits Qualifications

Job Essentials:

Must meet the eligibility requirements as listed in the Pactiv Evergreen Job Posting Policy (See employee handbook)Strong Microsoft Office skills are necessaryStrong organizational skills are requiredAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadMust be able to flex hours to accommodate training coordinationMust work overtime as requiredStrong organizational skills are requiredAbility to speak Spanish is a plus
