Responsibilities Conducts training and development programs for employees and maintains documentation of training receivedPlans, directs, and/or coordinates the training and development activities of the assigned service site(s)

Qualifications High school diploma or GEDBachelor’s or Associates degree preferredOne year experience delivering various training topics to various audiencesSome supervisory experience preferred

  Additional Job Information Conducts training for field employees and maintains documentationPerforms skills training and conducts competency evaluations of field staff at assigned service site(s)Provides ongoing training support related for required skillsSchedules training per assessed needsNotifies employees 30 days prior to any expiration dates to ensure up-to-date training recordsMaintains supplies for all scheduled trainingManages records of training activitiesMonitors and report effectiveness of training efforts and programsEnsures employees are comfortable and able to focus on learning and that the employee education process is as positive as possibleSupports training in three branch locations Salary Range USD $60,000.00 / Year
