Training Coordinator

We're currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks Training Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role will involve administering and coordinating training courses for operational teams on our UKPN contract.

 

Location: Bury St.Edmunds, with flexible, hybrid working

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

 

Responsibilities

 

As a Training Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

 

Providing a training admin & co-ordination service to area of responsibility.   Identifying and responding to customer needs and ensuring customer service is effective and meets requirements.   Supporting in the maintenance of the training matrix, ensuring information is correct and updated in a timely manner.   Maintaining and updating training plans which support business objectives, meet legislative requirements and maximise employee capability. Working with Line Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Training Support Managers to source appropriate L&D solutions based on training plan requirements, ad-hoc requests and development training.  

 

What are we looking for?

 

This role of Training Coordinator is great for you if you have:

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.   Demonstrable knowledge of working within an administrative function.   Experience of working with invoices and budgets.   An understanding of reporting requirements and escalation procedures.   An ability to confidentially manage employee data and experience in providing accurate data and reporting.
