This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in an office of collaborative individuals who are passionate about hospitality and training. We are hiring immediately! Organize incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare outgoing deliveries for training via UPS and FedEx. Assist in organization and delivery of training binders, packages, and information for newly hired Managers in Training (MIT’s). Assist with organization and printing of materials for training events, classrooms, and remote sessions. Assist with organization and execution of team meetings, including printed materials, scheduling, presentations, food & bev, and execution. Proactively organize, maintain and report on active training initiatives and programs. Assist with planning, development, delivery, evaluation and enhancement of comprehensive training and development programs to meet restaurant goals and objectives. Assist in maintaining on-going, constantly evolving training programs for front-of-house, and back-of-house restaurant employees. Ensure appropriate tracking & reporting tools are in place to determine program effectiveness. Work directly with Director of People & Retention, Training and Senior Operations Teams to ensure consistency in training program delivery & measurements. Work with other departments to help coordinate efforts for recruiting, menu rollouts, promotional planners, calendars, and other cross-department projects. Assist in facilitation/organization of orientations, classes, training, etc. Perform any ad hoc duties as requested. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to effectively organize and multi-task to ensure workload is maintained Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition and function efficiently in high stress/pressure work environment Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
