Training Coordinator (Lawrence, KS area)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and distribution of training programs and materials.
- Conduct, plan, and coordinate training to a variety of audiences.
- Coordinate logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
- Determine resource readiness for courses, including materials, training room, technology, and collection and entry of training data.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Provide production floor support and answer questions.

The Training Coordinator position will be in support of the SOS department. The Training Coordinator position will be primarily responsible for delivering the training program to various level employees and providing support of training resources for Customer Service Representatives (CSR). To prepare you for this role, employees will be provided with paid, comprehensive training which ensures our employees with the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism.
• High School diploma or equivalent • 1-3 years of experience• May have additional training or education • Ability to pass a federal government security background check • A minimum of 5 years in the SOS department

Minimum Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.

- Bachelor's degree preferred. 
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
