JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for preparing new and tenured employees for their position within the organization. Act as primary liaison between new recruits and existing officers by providing initial and supplemental training and guidance regarding policies, procedures and workflows. Assist in the coordination of all training related activities. Communicate, educate and guide Officers to effectively utilize available tools to minimize financial impact errors and drive performance improvement.

Job performance standards may be documented separately, and may include functions, objectives, duties or tasks not specifically listed herein. • In performing functions, duties or tasks, associates are required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. Associates are required to notify superiors upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions. • All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, associates are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives.
• Conducts new hire onboarding, utilizing both in-person as well as point-to-point remote web-based delivery systems. Provides appropriate pre-hire access, instructions, and documentation to new hires. Ensures attendance is documented accurately and timely, and timesheets are submitted to the Payroll department for processing. • Administers and scores tests, report results, and organizes training manuals and supplies, reference library, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. • Develops training schedules in conjunction with management; coordinate training activities so as not to conflict with client service schedules. Requires flexible scheduling in order to support new business startups or other unique business needs. • Maintains records and prepares reports to evaluate the performance of training activities, and to monitor the progress of trainees. • Actively seeks ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.). • Performs additional functions, duties, and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office and/or contract.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. • Technical Skills: o Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred o Possess ability to operate audiovisual and teleconferencing equipment • Communication Skills: o Possess adequate training delivery/co-facilitation skills with superior communication and presentation skills o Ability to listen attentively to others o Maintain polished and professional appearance • Customer Service Skills: o Ability to maintain, and orient trainees on, a strong and positive customer service orientation o Willingness to support the trainee o Communicate direction to trainees in a positive and professional manner • Flexibility: *RG Services operates 24 hours per day 7 days a week 365 days a year.* o Must have the ability to work shift times that are not normal business hours of operation o Maintain excellent attendance o Adaptable to schedule changes, which consist of more (or less) time flexibility
