Training Coordinator - System Revenue Cycle Operations

The Training Coordinator is responsible for training a diverse population in system applications with healthcare focus specific to Patient Access functions; data quality monitoring review and follow up remediation; development and updating of training material.

Education:

 Bachelor's degree

Licensure, Certification & Registration:

CHAA (or acquired within 2 years of hire)

Experience:

3 – 5 years hospital, physician billing or registrationTraining experience of the adult learner in healthcare setting or similar fieldStrong computer skill including EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, and ACCESS

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Proven customer service skill with ability to exceed expectationsAbility to multi-task in stressful and high patient volume unit; must be able to manage pressure of very tight timeframes to execute taskAbility to build confidence, raise skill level and promote a productive training and learning environmentExperience with monitoring data quality, analyzing and trendingExcellent time management and organizational skillAbility to review information and draw appropriate conclusionGood judgement and ability to be resourceful to problem solve; escalate issues as neededTeam minded worth ethic.
