Training Developer I

As an Instructional Designer I for the HR Technical Training & Development team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our internal technical teams are prepared with the training they need to succeed.

This is an on site role, and relocation is provided!

A sample or portfolio to showcase previous design work will be requested during the interview process.

Responsibilities:Assist in capturing course requirements data through needs and gap analyses.Update or review instructor-led & eLearning course outlines, lesson plans, storyboards, instructor, and participant materials.Propose innovative learning solutions supported by adult learning theory.Ensure that learning results are high quality and exceed the needs of the internal learning customer.Use Articulate 360 to review, update, or edit online and mobile learning.Send and analyze training evaluation data.Conduct assigned training effectiveness checks.Track and report on development team key performance indicators.Lead multiple, complex tickets with tight deadlines and time-critical deliverables through their entire life cycle.Work on projects with a geographically dispersed team.Qualifications:Degree in instructional design, education, communication, HR, or related subject OR some professional experience designing and developing technology-based instructional materials in a technical environment.Experience in Microsoft office applicationsExperience in Adobe Creative Suite / Captivate / InDesign, or similarExperience with eLearning development applications such as Articulate 360/Captivate including technical skills storyboard developmentExcellent technical writing and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to partners and leadersMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Desired:Project Management experience


 

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $62,640.00-$87,696.00

Other site ranges may differ
