Job DescriptionMain Accountabilities
The primary focus of this role is to ensure the availability of sufficient, competent, and efficient personnel to perform assigned duties and responsibilities, aligning with the Contractor's objectives, budgetary needs, and contractual requirements. This includes overseeing the area of responsibility and ensuring that the Contractor meets all legal requirements related to personnel employment. A key aspect of the role involves supervising the implementation of the Organisational Review and Training Project, which aims to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce.
