This feedback may be provided in a variety of formats including verbal and written methods at various intervals, including as needed or scheduled. + Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading current journals, books, or magazine articles. + Always demonstrate a positive reflection or our brand and company. + Listen to team members’ feedback and work to resolve any matters. #zratlas Required KSA’s: + Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction + Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things. + Knowledge of performance metrics. + Excellent communication and leadership skills + Great time management skills + Outstanding organizational ability + A high level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information. + Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills. + Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and activities accurately and effectively. + Ability to work with and/or without close supervision. + Ability to maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with customers/vendors and employees at all levels of the company. + Ability to proficiently operate technology, including computer, telephone, copier, calculator and other office equipment. + Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures What we offer: + Remote, hybrid, work on-site options.
