Job Description We are seeking an experienced Training Director with a background in retail or grocery industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing training programs that ensure high-quality customer service. This role involves leading a team of front of house and back of house trainers across our California locations. This role is with a growing brand with a ton of growth opportunity and working with family-owned company. The pay range is $110-180k depending on years and caliber of experience. Skills and Requirements 5+ years experience in a training role within the retail, grocery, or restaurant/food and beverage industries. Strong background in developing and implementing customer service training programs. Experience managing and directing a team of 5+ direct reports and overseeing 20+ operating locations. Familiarity with health and safety employee protocols. comfortable traveling to onsite locations ranging from Northern California, Inland empire, Southern California to Arizona. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Be willing to lead the charge for new methods of training. Willingness to travel to various locations within California.
