HR Operations Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, andequipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety.Each day, you will ensure appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, andmaterials/components in support of production targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the workingphase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget.The work model for the role is: #Li-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPromotion System: Evaluations creation (theoretical and practical) & Evaluations application (practical).•\tCompetency Certification process: Creation and update, application & technical support of Competency Certification sheets and matrix management.•\tDesign of onboarding process, from hire to certification, meeting knowledge requirements. Partners with Trainers to ensure a proper execution of Onboarding and knowledge transfer process.•\tDesign of training materials, facilitates technical workshops and technical training-the-trainers.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in electrical, industrial, mechanical or similar engineering.\t1 - 2 experience in similar positions.\tIntermediate English Level.\tKnowledge in production process and manufacturing process.\tKnowledge in Solidworks and AutoCAD.\tKnowledge in Lean Manufacturing.\tEvaluations for job growth.\tUnderstanding of the operation of using tools, component assembly, wiring.\tKnowledge in Office Package.
