**Overview** Working primarily on client sites, the Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering outstanding Learning & Development services to clients. **Compensation:** _$110,000-$120,000 annual salary (US Dollars)_ The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Additional education is a plus. + 2+ years of training experience is required. + Previous leadership training delivery is a plus. + Coaching skills workshop experience is a plus. + The ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliveries and deadlines. + Strong project management abilities with attention to detail. + Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Demonstrated consulting skills working with executives or other people leaders.
