About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Facilitator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the training of our new and existing employees in our Food & Beverage division. In this role you will arrange and facilitate virtual training programs, review and update content and ensure the training needs of our employees are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage training programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
Lead virtual training sessions, utilizing your strong facilitation skills to engage participants effectively.
Review and revamp existing training content, focusing on foundational and technical training for new associates.
Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum within our established framework.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
Our successful candidate will be:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Planner, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, at an intermediate to expert level.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with diverse teams and lead engaging presentations.
Experience in running virtual training programs, with a focus on technical content.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
