Role Overview: ... As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping employees understand their job responsibilities, develop essential skills, and thrive in their roles. You will provide hands-on instruction, tailored coaching, and support to ensure that every individual has the tools and confidence needed to excel. Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Training: Guide employees through step-by-step procedures and ensure they grasp job responsibilities effectively.
Performance Monitoring: Document and assess employee performance using trackers, notes, and evaluations.
Skill Development: Teach and reinforce task completion, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
Advocacy & Support: Act as a champion for all employees, addressing their unique needs and facilitating their success.
Behavioral Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching, focusing on specific behaviors and skills to enhance workplace performance.
Collaborative Work: Partner with team members to identify and address skill gaps, and adapt coaching methods based on individual progress.
Training Development: Assist in creating training programs for line leaders working with individuals with disabilities.
Community Engagement: Participate in meetings with community support services and employee families as needed.
Employment Planning: Develop effective job coaching and employment plans, and advise on workplace accommodations.
Goal Setting: Communicate with employees to understand their goals and aspirations, and help them achieve them.
Recruitment Support: Attend job fairs and recruiting events to support talent acquisition efforts.
Floor Support: Assist on the production floor as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Will involve bending, stooping, and reaching.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years
