The Training Specialist intern position will work in the Operations Training Center (OTC) in McConnellsburg, PA. The OTC supports our Operations team members with job skilling/reskilling and other personal development plans.
YOUR IMPACT
The Training Specialist Intern will assist with the following possible duties and responsibilities:
Developing and/or update current training curriculum (instructor led and eLearning)
Evaluating training needs across the organization and support the development and delivery of the training for all learning levels through front-end analysis.
Creating instructional goals and performance context and refine as needed based on stake holder analysis.
Defining learning objectives for identified courses
Designing learner- and context-centered assessment instruments based on course objectives.
Inputting courses/programs and update records in a Learning Management System.
Delivering training, monitor student participation, and assess student performance through the Workday Learning Management System.
Developing participant and instructor guides, job and teaching aids, train-the-trainer materials, etc.
Following organizational branding standards and best practices for material creation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Student working towards a bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, Military Training, Curriculum Design, Curriculum Instruction, Organizational Development/Change Management, Human Resources/Talent Development, or related field for entire duration of internship
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Experience with eLearning development
Experience with Learning Management Systems

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
