HR Operations Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: on siteThis role is contributing to the electrification division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:Develop training materials, perform training administrative tasks.Follow up compliance according to training plans.Participate in DNC process (Training Needs Detection).Ensure training process for blue-collar employees.Our team You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing, human sense team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

Students from last three semesters from careers like industrial engineering, industrial design or laboral psychology with availability (Monday - Friday 7 am o 4:36 pm).Intermediate - advanced English.Microsoft office.Problem solving, creativity, proactive, leadership, effective communication, team working, organization and planning and high sense of responsibility.Training methodologies.
