**Description** SAIC is seeking an **IT Trainer Lead** to join our team in Panama City, Florida. **Job Responsibilities** : + Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. + Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. + Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. + May be involved in customer installation and training. + Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. + Generally interacts directly with the customer/user when the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature, such as with systems level software where the user has a technical background. **Qualifications** **Required Education:** Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and zero (0) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree. **Certification:** Security+ certification. IAT Level II or above Certification in addition to Security **Qualifications** : + Experience working in a Linux environment. + SolarWinds configuration and administration. + Familiarity with Windows Server 2012 R2, or newer. + Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows Roles and Features related to Enterprise services. + Experience with virtualization, i.e. vmWare and ESXi. + Experience in a Systems Administrator role. + Security+ certification. + IAT Level II or above Certification in addition to Security **Required Clearance** : Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. A minimum of an Interim Secret clearance will be required prior to first day of employment. **Required Travel:** Travel included up to 50%.
