Key Responsibilities of a Training Lead/Task Manager:

Design and oversee comprehensive training programs tailored to UGS operational needs. Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop training materials, manuals, and related documentation. Schedule and coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, materials, and equipment. Provide administrative support to trainers and trainees, maintaining accurate records of attendance, progress, and outcomes. Evaluate training effectiveness using assessment tools and gather feedback for program improvement. Manage budgets and resources for training activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Establish and maintain partnerships with external training providers and experts. Align training strategies with organizational objectives and generate detailed reports on training activities and outcomes. Mentor and coach staff to enhance skills and performance. Act as a liaison among trainers, team members, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and task alignment. Collaborate with the UGS Team Lead to document operational feedback and address program requirements.
