An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional from within the insurance sector, to join a welcoming, professional and highly skilled training team. Your role is to increase our talent offering and improve the skill sets within our business. As the segway between HR and the operational part of our business; you are an ambassador for ethical conduct and appropriate behaviour. This is an onsite role based in Brierley Hill 5x/week. How you'll make an impact Provide training on a variety of insurance subjects to our new and existing colleagues. Deliver sessions within our dedicated learning framework. Assess the needs of our business and deliver effective training aimed appropriately at your audience. Ensure continuous improvement and development for success planning where applicable. Support with the development of training material to ensure it is relevant, up to date and coincides with our operating systems. Oversee the induction of new colleagues, ensuring they receive a thorough introduction to our business, insurance and regulatory matters. Proactively manage your own workload between training sessions. Develop colleagues by running workshops as required as part of continuous improvement. Collate session feedback and determine the support arrangements needed to facilitate smooth delivery. About You Knowledge of general insurance is essential, along with a consistent track record of delivering against deadlines within a regulated, measurable framework. Experience in delivering strategic feedback, coaching experience gained in a commercial setting. Adept at handling complex relationships, using influencing and mediating techniques as appropriate. The highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus. Demonstrated rapport-building experience, outstanding interpersonal skills with credibility at all levels. Strong presentation skills comfortable interacting and presenting to colleagues or senior management. Problem-solving mind-set keen to develop creative approaches and solutions. Flexible approach to scheduling and delivery to accommodate the needs of the business The ability to travel in the UK – circa 25% of the time Ideally experience of using Acturis software. Ideally experience of using CDL software.
