Training Manager
Jefferson Apartment Group is a full-service real estate firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use real estate investments through our acquisition, development, construction, and property management services. We are seeking a Training Manager to join our team in McLean, VA. The Training Manager will develop and deliver curriculum and providing ongoing technical support for all property management operations and software applications used across the company. This will involve the development of training schedules, the development and distribution of course materials, analysis, reporting, and any related tasks required to ensure delivery of quality and impactful training experiences. The Training Manager will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect and communicate effectively with Associates in a diversity of roles across all levels of the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Collaborate with leadership teams to anticipate project updates and training demands Perform needs analysis to identify specific training needs, program objectives and content, as well as the most effective and efficient training delivery method(s) Spearhead the integration of systems (and system updates) before and after the closing of projects Ensure that current and new Associates develop consistent best practices and maintain the integrity of the systems Collaborate with vendors and onsite teams to implement updates including new software releases Ensure continued compatibility of integrated systems and use of industry best practices Update training materials on a regular basis to ensure that content is up to date Provide additional individual on-the-job training and feedback when needed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of experience in facilitation and development of blended learning including instructor-led and web-based training 7+ years of experience in facilitation and development of blended learning in the Multifamily Real Estate industry Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based applications such as web conferencing (MS Teams) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
