About the Team:

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

 

What you can look forward to:

Develop, maintain, and implement holistic concepts for knowledge management for different target groups and skill levels Ensure quality and completeness of training materials provided by the external service provider Align demand for knowledge management (training, online-modules, …) with Business Functions and IT Implement learning evaluation, derive and execute improvement measures to ensure high-quality knowledge management Define templates, standards, systems, etc. for knowledge management content in collaboration with other ZF departments

 

Your Profile

Degree in education management, business education, business informatics, or similar qualification and 6+ years of working experience preferably in FICO SAP modules and any other module knowledge (MM/WM/SD/PP/QM) at least as a Key User. Knowledge Management function and project management are added advantage Own experience in content creation for different learning formats (web-based training, videos, classroom training, …) Affinity to IT technology, Know-how in SAP S/4HANA and ECC/or SAP EnableNow, Articulate is an advantage Excellent communication skills, independent working approach and analytical thinking, high reliability, openness, and flexibility to work in a very dynamic working environment Good writing and speaking English skills are required, German skills are advantageous
