This individual will focus on developing intuitive, engaging, and effective learning flows that enhance the training journey for our channel partners' employees. This role requires a combination of expertise in LMS platforms, content curation, eLearning tools, and design thinking to create user-friendly and impactful learning experiences. To complement the overarching training strategy, the Training Platform Specialist will work closely with the Account Program Leads, Training Content Teams, and partner teams to ensure that all learning content is seamlessly integrated, accessible, and engaging across diverse LMS platforms. The role will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales Account Executives, Channel Sales Enablement Leads) and external channel partners. The successful candidate will have the support of the APLs and Training Content Creators to achieve their objectives. In addition, this role requires a basic level of video production and generation of on demand learning content.DescriptionDescriptionLMS Management: Ensure the seamless integration of training materials across various partner LMS platforms. Manage the structure, navigation, and usability of training content libraries. Mange the updating of content across platforms and content life cycle. Learning Flow Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user experiences by wireframing and designing learning paths. Collaborate with the Training Content Creators to adapt multimedia content for LMS delivery. eLearning Development: Use tools like Articulate 360, Evolve, and HTML5 to create and publish eLearning modules. Troubleshoot compatibility issues across multiple LMS environments. Engagement Strategies: Design initiatives to drive learner participation, such as gamification or achievement tracking. Monitor learner engagement analytics and propose iterative improvements. Content Curation: Organise and maintain a centralised repository of training resources. Track and monitor product portfolio and content lifecycle. Work with partners to align training content with their specific LMS requirements. Technical Problem-Solving: Provide support for LMS-related queries from partners and internal teams. Test and implement new features or tools to enhance the training experience. Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand their training needs and translate them into effective LMS solutions.
